All LAURASTAR steam irons are covered by a 2 year parts and labour repair warranty for domestic use.
Commercial use is covered by a 6 month repair warranty. We have established service centres in most capital cities to assist you as required. Your iron will be repaired by a Swiss trained technician using “genuine” parts in a timely and efficient manner. Repair times will vary in each city, please note the warranty is “back to base” warranty.
