Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must notify us in writing within 7 days for us to review.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
We must provide a Return Authority (RA) number before any goods can be returned PH 03 9894 1400 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
This refund/return policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All freight and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Any appliance that has been traded in during the course of the sales process becomes the sole property of Ironing Systems Australia Pty Ltd. No refund applies on the trade in value should the original purchase transaction be cancelled or refunded.
We recommend that you return the product via registered post or contact us for a return courier. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your chosen carrier. Laurastar Online Sales will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
