Two options are available:
After the 2-year guarantee period, a repair charge is applied.
This charge will be determined by a qualified technician after assessing your iron.
To find out how much the repair will cost, you will need to take your appliance to a Laurastar service centre for an assessment. No quotes can be given over the phone.
Repair times are, on average, 5-7 business days.
The repair will be carried out by a factory trained technician in one of our Laurastar workshops. Call 1800 999 910 for locations.

On Laurastar ironing systems, serial numbers and model references are located behind the boiler.
On Laurastar steam stations, the serial number and model references are located on the base of the appliance.
