I want to modify the name and address of my account.

To modify the details of your account, you must log into your Laurastar account with your email and password; in the « MY ACCOUNT » section, you can:

  • modify personal details under « MY PROFILE »
  • delete or modify an address under « MY ADDRESSES »,
  • add a product under « MY LAURASTAR PRODUCTS ».

Can i place an order by email, telephone or fax?

Can i try out the laurastar appliance before buying it?

Yes. Laurastar offers you the possibility to try your new ironing system before purchasing it by attending a demonstration, for which you can take an appointment beforehand if you wish. I have seen Laurastar products on sale in other shops. Is it safe to buy them?

Will i receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An invoice is automatically sent to your billing address; this invoice serves as a guarantee. Keep it safe; you will need it when contacting Laurastar Customer Service.

What methods of payment can i use to pay for my order?

There are several online payment methods available (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Zip, Afterpay)

How safe are my online purchases? Are my details protected?

Thanks to SSL encryption, all personal information you submit through the Laurastar online store benefit from the same level of security as online banking transactions.
Your credit card number is not kept in the Laurastar online store records. You will need to enter your payment details each time you make an online purchase.

How much are delivery costs?

Delivery charges will vary depending on your order and your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Between 2 and 7 working days (subject to availability of stock).

Can i have my order delivered to another address than my billing address?

Yes. You can have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address. Simply specify the delivery address in Step 2 of your online order.

How do i return an item?
